Nieborowice Hospital—one of the few medical centers in Poland—routinely performs simultaneous bilateral hip or knee replacement procedures. On 20 October 2022, Nieborowice Clinic received the European Medal for simultaneous bilateral hip arthroplasty. Knee arthroplasty. Knee replacement surgery is performed at Nieborowice Hospital almost every day, and the number of patients requiring knee joint replacement continues to grow. Learn more about the procedure, indications, and recovery.
Hip arthroplasty. This video explains how hip replacement surgery is performed and what recovery looks like. The procedure is carried out via the anterior approach, which is minimally invasive and helps patients return to function faster.
Endoscopic spine surgery. This is a minimally invasive spine procedure that is significantly less invasive than traditional open surgery. Patients typically recover faster after this type of operation.
Spinal pain – nerve block. A minimally invasive procedure used to reduce spine-related pain. It involves the precise administration of an analgesic under intraoperative X-ray (fluoroscopy) guidance in an operating theatre. It typically requires a few hours’ stay at the clinic.
