For the past 40 years, he has held management positions ranging from director to president. Until 1990 he worked in the construction industry. From 1990 to 2000 he was with Browar Namysłów—initially at the state-owned enterprise as deputy director and director, and, following its transformation into a limited liability company, as president. Beginning in 2002, together with physicians Marek Jędrysik and Henryk Noga, he co-founded the Endoscopic Surgery Clinic, known across Poland under the Sport-Klinika Żory brand, serving from the outset as president and co-owner. In 2018, together with physicians Henryk Noga, Juliusz Dec, Mariusz Smolik, Mariusz Śmigiel, and Adam Pierzchała, he founded Nieborowice Hospital, where he likewise serves as president and co-owner.
